Identification data (name), contact data (email, phone, address), property data (address, type, photos, EPC, description), the content of your message, and technical data (IP address, browser, language, browsing behaviour) collected via cookies and log files.

We process your data to (a) handle your purchase or clearance enquiry and issue an offer — pre-contractual and contractual performance (art. 6.1.b GDPR); (b) comply with legal obligations such as accounting and anti-money-laundering — art. 6.1.c GDPR; (c) improve our services and secure the website — legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR); (d) send you commercial communications — only with your explicit consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time.

Enquiries without follow-up: 24 months maximum. Client files: 10 years after closing (legal retention). Accounting records: 7 years (art. III.86 Code of Economic Law). Cookie logs: 13 months maximum.

Your data is shared only with parties required for the performance: notaries, surveyors, EPC experts, clearance partners, our accountant and legal advisers, plus IT processors (hosting, email, CRM, analytics). A data-processing agreement compliant with art. 28 GDPR is in place with each processor.

We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Some technical processors (e.g. hosting, analytics) may be located outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (TLS), access management, backups, restricted access rights and confidentiality obligations for all staff.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to processing. You can withdraw your consent at any time. Requests can be sent free of charge to info@pandpartners.be, accompanied by a copy of your ID (please mask the photo and national register number). We respond within one month.
