How we write and validate our content

All substantive pages are written or reviewed by a team member with direct experience of the topic. No ghost-writers, no generated text that hasn't been reviewed by an expert.

Belgian property market figures come from official sources: Statbel, Notary Barometer, Belgian Construction Confederation and CIB. Legislation is checked against the Belgian Official Journal. Every statistic carries its source and date.

Service and process pages are reviewed at least twice a year. Market figures: quarterly. Legislation: within 30 days of any change.
