When is clearance needed?

After a loved one passes, when moving to a care home, after a divorce, in case of bankruptcy or shop closure. Situations where speed and respect both matter.

We separate valuable items, sort what can go to second-hand outlets, dispose of waste correctly and hand over the property broom-clean. Often combined with purchase in a single track.

What we do

Full removal of furniture, household goods, clothing, books, electronics, papers and stock. Sorting by reusable, recyclable and residual. Transport to certified processors. Final cleaning on request.

What do we clear — and what not?

Furniture, clothing, books, papers, appliances, shop fittings (shelves, tills, stock), garden and garage contents. Asbestos, fuels, oil tanks and chemicals are handled with accredited operators — cost stated upfront.

We separate valuables (jewellery, documents, photos, mementoes) and return them to you before disposal. Nothing disappears unannounced.

How is the price set? — By volume (m³), accessibility (floor, lift, parking) and type of contents. After a free visit, you get a written flat price.

How fast can you start? — Standard 5 to 10 working days after agreement. In urgent cases (sale, legal procedure), scheduling within 48 hours is possible.

What if I want to keep certain items? — Tell us in writing before we start, or place them in a locked room. We will not touch them.

Do I receive a certificate for the syndic or notary? — Yes: a handover report with photos plus processor certificates (VLAREMA and Walloon/Brussels equivalents).

Is final cleaning included? — Broom-clean is included. Professional cleaning available on request at a flat add-on price.
